Sellwood Provides Easy Access to that Storage Area...
Sellwood Attic Stairs are easy to install and easy to use. They come fully assembled in their own frame and require no pre-assembly. To install, the stair frame is screwed into the frame of the opening in the ceiling. The feet are cut at the bottom to suit the ceiling height, and the opening dressed with a suitable architrave (not supplied).

JUNIOR:

Junior stairs are suitable for access to occassional storage in private residence only. Ideal in a home unit or retirement home that may need a smaller opening.
This stair can can be used in any ceiling up to 2440mm high (8').

REGULAR:

Regular stairs are suitable for all domestic installations for access to storage even when acess is required frequently.
Full size opening allows for larger packages to be stored easily.

DELUXE :

The Deluxe Stair is safe and more comfortable as it is positioned at a gentler angle and has a deeper tread. This makes it a superior stair. This stair can be used for access to storage or where the attic is being used as a den or playroom.

Suitable for commercial use for acess to storage of documents in legal or accountant offices, doctors rooms, schools, services stations, hotels, restaurants, etc. Suitable for access to plant rooms and for maintenance of air-conditioning or lifts.

An excellent heavy duty stair.

QUAD 24 :
Most houses have a vast, unused area between the ceiling and roof - the problem is, how do we access this space?
For over 20 years, Sellwood have provided the answer with their range of Attic Stairs, and thousands of homes have been able to turn that space into a valuable storage area. But many smaller, group-built homes have been disadvantaged - they have the ceiling space, but have been unable to gain access due to size, truss positioning and other structural restrictions.

So Sellwood have designed the QUAD 24.
The required opening in the ceiling for this model is only 835 x 650mm, making it perfect for install ing in the hallway, lengthways between the trusses. The QUAD 24 comes in 4 sections, (our regular Attic Stairs have only three) and a unique new hinge system allows for a more compact unit when fully folded. Plus being a Sellwood Attic Stair, you know its guaranteed quality
