Important update to our valued customers.

After many years of providing the "Fairview" brand of aluminium joinery we have recently
changed ( December 2025 ) to the Omega range of aluminium joinery. Other than the change of extrusions we use in the manufacture of our aluminium joinery there are no other changes to Alvista Windows and Doors Limited.
Should any issues arise with previously supplied "Fairview" aluminium joinery, these will be supported
as per normal.
   

We manufacture residential aluminium joinery for new building projects, alterations, full replacement or insert replacements.

We manufacture Thermally broken aluminium joinery for new building projects, alterations, full replacement or insert replacements.

Our aluminium joinery and glazing meets all New Zealand building code requirements. Our aluminium joinery complies with New Zealand H1 thermal building code requirements.

We are a supplier of Parkwood Doors for Residential or Commercial projects
